Shao-wen began his career as a Civil Engineering Technologist, where he developed a strong interest in architecture and building technology. This led him to pursue a diploma in Architectural Technology, deepening his expertise in design and construction. Since 2018, he has contributed to a range of healthcare, commercial, and residential projects, primarily using Revit to prepare construction drawings and support model coordination.
He joined Rootstock in 2025 and is excited to be part of a team that values thoughtful design and interdisciplinary collaboration. With a detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous learning, Shao-wen looks forward to contributing to projects that balance technical precision with design clarity.
Outside of work, he enjoys sketching, building architectural models, and exploring ways to improve technical workflows through emerging tools and technologies.
